Innloggingsinformasjon

Innloggingsinformasjon er det samme uansett hvilken aktør du representerer.

Passordet under Innloggingsinformasjon brukes for autentisering når man skal foreta innsendinger fra datasystem. (Feltet Brukernavn trenger du ikke fylle ut, står feltet tomt vil brukernavnet være fødselsnummeret ditt.)

Ofte er det dette passordet som må oppdateres hvis man ikke mottar engangskode på SMS fra Altinn. Påse at du ikke har lagret passordet i nettleseren du bruker, da vil du kunne få problemer dersom du skal endre passordet ditt. 

Enkelte datasystemer godtar ikke tegn i passord. I de tilfellene kan passordet inneholde bokstaver (a-z) og tall (0-9).

How to register a computer system?

To register a comupter system, you need to be Access manager. Make sure you're representing the right party, and go to profile → Advanced settings → Computer systems.

Once you've filled inn the obligatory fields, you will get an ID number in the list below. The list and password you've made should be entered in the computer system you want to use. If you're unsure of how to do this, concact the supplier of the computer system.

Problems transefring data from a computer system to Altinn?
  • The computer system needs to be registered in Altinn
    You do this under Profile → Advanced settings → Computer systems
  • You need the rights to submit the form/service
    You can see what roles you have under Profile → Forms and services you have rights to. If you don't have the right role(s), you need someone to delegate them to you.
  • You may need to supply login information
  • The login information used by the computer system is registered under Profile → Advanced settings → Login information

If you get an error message, check this list of error messages and what they mean.

Transfer user

If you want to transfer data from a self registered user to a SSN or D-number, you can do this under Profile → Advanced settings → Transfer user.

Be sure to archive all messages you want to transfer from a self-registered user to a user with a SSN or D-number! Only archived messages will be included in the transfer.
