Permit to discharge wastewater from residential dwellings, cabins and the like in separate systems
The form must be used in connection with an application to discharge wastewater from residential and holiday dwellings when this discharge will be connected to separate wastewater systems.
Applications for a discharge permit must be sent to the municipality in which the housing estate, cabins or campsite are located.
Persons/enterprises that will discharge wastewater from residential dwellings, cabins etc. when this discharge will be connected to separate wastewater systems.
Information concerning what the application requires and the documentation that must be enclosed can be found in Section 12-4 of the Regulations relating to pollution control (Pollution Regulations).
The purpose of the permit is to protect the environment from the adverse effects of wastewater discharge.
The municipality may issue regulations regarding processing fees for such cases.
