License to broadcast on the network for digital terrestrial television (ME-4019) (ME-4019)
Norsk Rikskringkasting (NRK) (Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation) has a statutory right to engage in broadcasting. Other parties that wish to broadcast on the network for digital terrestrial television must submit an application to the Norwegian Media Authority.

Confirmation from the facility licensee that a transmission agreement has been entered into. Confirmation must include information about the duration of the agreement.
No license is required to broadcast television via satellite, nor to broadcast television via the internet (online TV).
