Application for content license to establish mil radio service (ME-4022) (ME-4022)
A content license is required to establish DAB radio services. This applies for both national and local radio. A facility license and frequency license are required to operate DAB transmission facilities.
All persons/enterprises planning to establish DAB radio services.
Documentation requirements are stipulated in the application form.
If you are a broadcaster and want to broadcast on the DAB network, you must first enter into an agreement for the transmission (sending) of broadcast signals with facility licensees. Any party that has such an agreement will automatically receive a content license upon applying.
It is not permitted to commence broadcasts before you have received approval for a content license application.
Before applying you should determine whether you intend to broadcast national or local radio and then contact the party with the license for either national or local transmission facilities.
