Application from a secured party for a license to sell alcoholic beverages
Secured parties that intend to sell alcoholic beverages from estates in bankruptcy must obtain a license from the Norwegian Directorate of Health to do so. Alcoholic beverages from estates in bankruptcy may only be sold to license holders pursuant to the Alcohol Act.
Documentation must be submitted showing that the secured party was transferred the alcoholic beverages from an estate in bankruptcy.

Authorisation shall be granted for a specific quantity and the secured party must designate a person who will be responsible for carrying out the sale.
