Security clearance – Issuance, renewal and amendment of rights.

Cargo contractors, transporters and postal contractors that operate activities in connection with an airport. 

Certificate of Registration, application for a background check and confidentiality declaration, on Form NF-1048 (Confidentiality declaration on delivery of classified documents) must be attached to the application.

In the case of an application for renewal, a new Certificate of Registration (no older than 1 year) will suffice.

Used in the evaluation of the application for security approval of post and cargo companies.
